Product selection
We prioritize products readers are actively researching, services with significant unanswered questions, and topics that illustrate a broader verification problem. Inclusion is not an endorsement.
Research record
Each review records its first publication date, latest evidence check, sources, confirmed facts, unresolved claims, material risks and editorial verdict. Authors must not imply hands-on use, deposits or withdrawals unless the underlying activity is documented.
Product access
If a provider supplies access, it must not require a favourable conclusion. Access conditions are disclosed when they materially affect what could be tested. Current profiles rely on public material and say so clearly.
Ratings
We withhold numeric scores when the evidence cannot support meaningful precision. Evidence and risk labels describe the research record; they are not guarantees of safety or performance.
Updates
High-risk and rapidly changing profiles receive priority. Material new documentation can trigger an earlier update. A changed marketing page alone does not erase earlier documented concerns.
Right of reply and corrections
Providers may submit a response or correction with primary documentation. We evaluate the evidence, not the tone or commercial importance of the request. See the contact page for submission guidance.
