Independence
Coverage, placement and conclusions are determined editorially. A product cannot buy a rating, a favourable verdict or the removal of documented concerns.
Sourcing
We prefer primary records and reproducible evidence. Provider-controlled pages are attributed as provider claims. Anonymous testimonials, promotional dashboards and screenshots do not independently establish performance.
Accuracy and fair context
We seek relevant evidence for and against a conclusion, avoid implying that missing evidence proves misconduct, and label information gaps directly. Headlines must reflect the body and must not manufacture urgency.
Conflicts of interest
Researchers must disclose material personal or commercial connections to a reviewed product. When a conflict cannot be appropriately managed, the contributor does not determine the conclusion.
Corrections
Specific, evidence-backed corrections are reviewed regardless of whether the requester agrees with our verdict. Material factual errors are corrected promptly and substantive updates receive a new modified date.
Prohibited practices
- Invented authors, offices, partners, licences or product testing
- Fabricated reviews, returns or user experiences
- Guaranteed outcome language
- Artificial scarcity, countdowns or deposit pressure
- Ratings unsupported by documented criteria
